King's Town Bank was selected for the first time in the 2021 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI), which included 380 international companies from 44 countries and regions this year, covering 11 industries, and was selected as a constituent stock of the index. The representative affirmed the company's efforts in gender issues and building a friendly workplace culture.

King's Town Bank regards employees as important partners in operating the company and has long been committed to providing a safe and friendly working environment, implementing employee stock ownership trusts to share the achievement of corporate growth, establishing a fair and objective assessment system, and hopes that King's Town Bank would be employees' home.

Traditionally, women in the workplace often face different pay for the same work, poor promotion channels, and a lack of space to develop their talents due to childbirth and childcare. King's Town Bank has noticed these issues from several years ago while cultivating talent only focuses on personal personality traits and abilities and sparing no effort to promote outstanding female managers. In 2004, only 2 female senior executives in King's Town Bank, accounting for about 2.6% of all senior executives. At the end of 2019, the proportion of female senior executives in the overall senior executives has grown significantly to 30.34%.

A total of 5 companies in Taiwan have been selected to the 2021 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index. As one of them, King's Town Bank is profoundly honored and promises to continue to build a happy workplace. I believe that every employee, regardless of gender, can achieve extraordinary results. To be valued and respected.
