Management Team

Compliance Department Qi-Wei, You Senior Vice President Coordinate the planning, management, and implementation of the regulatory compliance system; oversee the identification and assessment of money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as the planning and implementation of policies and procedures; legal affairs and other related matters for the entire bank.
Information Technology Department Hung-Sung, Shen Senior Vice President Coordinate the planning, development, and management of the Bank's various information systems, as well as the deployment, installation, and troubleshooting of computer-related software and hardware.
Administration Management Department Chien-Ko, Yang Vice President Coordinate the matters related to the Bank's board of directors, stock affairs administration, public relations advertising, accounting, procurement, and property management.

 Vice President Coordinate the Bank's credit review, credit check, appraisal, loan appropriation and matter related to the issuance of rules and regulations and credit deeds, matters related to the design of products and the management of the credit business.

Coordinate the Bank's personnel-related administrative operation and the planning and implementation of employee development and human resources-related systems.
Trust Department Hui-Chen, Yu Senior Manager Coordinate the planning and enactment of the operation procedures, management methods and operation manuals for the Bank's trust business, as well as trust product planning, education and training and promotion.

Based on the development vision and goals of the management to review and improve the organization, system, and process and formulate an action plan.
Digital Service & Channel Management Department Yun-Chia, Peng Manager Coordinate the planning and enactment of the Bank's deposit, remittances, channels, operation manuals and bank-wide digital financial policy; also, coordinate the planning and counseling of product design, programming and marketing.
Risk Management Department Cosecant, Chu Manager Coordinate the draft and implementation of the Bank's risk management and information security policy development, and reporting to the competent authorities, as well as the control of various investment positions and transaction amounts.
NPL Collection Department Shui-Shan, Huang Manager

To coordinate the management of the Bank's non-performing loans and other related matters.
International Banking Department & OBU Olivia, Tai Manager Coordinate the planning and implementation of the Bank's education and training, foreign exchange operations procedures, management methods and operation manuals, as well as matters relating to the design of foreign exchange deposit products and services, the planning of marketing activities and other business promotion.
